1. Delivery and delivery policy
In appearance, we provide standard shipping service to any address worldwide. However, please note that we do not deliver goods to post office boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island.

At the forefront, we provide delivery services to most countries/regions where our logistics partners have branches. Although we strive to keep prices reasonable, our focus is to deliver goods to you quickly, promptly and safely.

2. Order status and tracking
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 working days after payment is confirmed.
