When will you ship my order?

After your payment is verifying, we begin preparing your order as soon as possible. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Each piece of jewelry however is handcrafted and might requires some time for the construction and curing before we ship. Most orders will be ship within 2-3 days after your jewelry is ready. However, in peak seasons, shipment process can take up to 7 business days .

How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?

We ship every day from Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included in the processing and transportation time. So please consider non-working days. Orders placed on Friday will be sent out on the next Monday or the next business day.

If the product is out of stock, this does not include 4-7 days of production time.

Will I have to pay for international taxes and duties?

LotusLuck cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges if they apply.

In rare cases you might be contacted by customs to submit an invoice. In this case, you can simply forward our order confirmation email which you’ve received when placing your order.

If you should decide to decline a package you will be refunded minus a fee for returning the item to us and restocking it.

All website prices are exclusive of sales tax. VAT is not collected at checkout. LotusLuck Jewelry is not responsible for VAT and customs fees which will be charged to the customer directly by the shipping service provider.

Can I request for a refund?

Your satisfaction is our Number One priority. You can always request for a refund.

Some of the reasons for refund:

  • The product did not reach within 45 days, not inclusive of processing days. You can request a refund or re-shipment.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You simply do not want the product you ordered. You may request for a refund but you must return the item at your expense. Returned items must be brand new in condition, unopened and in its original packaging.

How do I return my jewelry?

You have to send us an email within 15 days after the expiration of the exchange guarantee period (45 days) stating that you need a refund. We will then send you step-by-step instructions for returning the jewelry.

Can I exchange my jewelry?

Some of the reasons for the exchange:

  • You received a damaged jewelry
  • You received the wrong jewelry

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping).


Is it genuine sterling silver jewelry?

Yes, all of our products are made of real 925 sterling silver.Our sterling silver products are indeed nickel free and will not aggravate nickel allergies.

What does 18K gold plated mean?

18K gold plated is about the surface color finish of the jewelry. The material of our product is real 925 sterling silver. For a different color and look, we add 18K gold layer to the surface of the top of the sterling silver.

What stamp comes on the jewelry?

We stamped"925"or"S925"on the products.

How do I care for my jewelry?

The fantastic thing about sterling silver is, you can avoid tarnish by wearing it more often. The oils in your skin will help to keep the silver clean and shiny.

Chemicals from lotions, cosmetics, hair spray and hair products, and perfumes will accelerate tarnishing. Always remove your silver jewelry when doing household, contact with household chemicals, perspiration, rubber, chlorinated water will cause corrosion and tarnish.

Moisture and sunlight both promote silver tarnish, the best place for your silver is out of direct sunlight and away from too much humidity. So do take off your silver jewelry before you go swimming and sun tanning.

How do I store my jewelry?

For additional protection, storing silver in airtight plastic bags with anti-tarnish strips is a great way.Silver is a soft metal, don't store multiple pieces in the same bag so that the individual pieces can't scratch each other.

Placing a piece of chalk, a packet of activated charcoal or a container of silica gel in the storage area can also minimize tarnish.
